Mansoor bin Ebrahim bin Saad Al Mahmoud

His Excellency Mr. Mansoor bin Ebrahim bin Saad Al Mahmoud was appointed Minister of Public Health in November 2024. Prior to his current role, Mr. Al Mahmoud served as Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Investment Authority from September 2018, where he led the organization’s investment strategy, focusing on portfolio diversification and integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
