Maha El Rabbat

Professor Dr. Maha El Rabbat is a Professor of Public Health, Cairo University and one of six WHO Director General Special Envoy on COVID 19, a position held since February 2020. She is a former Minister of Health and Population, Egypt and former Executive Director of the MENA Health Policy Forum, a regional NGO.
