Dr. Moustapha is currently working as a Food Safety and Quality Officer, in the FAO Regional Office for the Near East and North Africa (FAO-RNE).

He was a Food Control Consultant with UN Organizations (UNIDO and FAO) for projects related to the assessment of the National Food Control System (in Sudan & Egypt).
