 Dr. Noha received Master and PH.D.  degrees in Special Education, from faculty of Education – Ain Shams University. She also received Master degree in Planning and Development from Institute of National Planning and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Commerce and Business administration - Helwan University.
