Ms. Nour El Arnaout serves as the Associate Director of the Global Health Institute at the American University of Beirut. She spearheaded the establishment of the Institute’s Digital Health Program in 2018 and Climate Change and Health Program in 2024 and has overseen the design and implementation of large-scale multi-country initiatives and projects as part of these programs.
