Shiraz Chakera

Shiraz Chakera joined UNICEF Egypt in June 2023 as Chief of Education. He previously served at UNICEF Headquarters in New York, where he led global efforts on gender equality in education, girls’ education, reducing the number of out-of-school children, and ending violence in schools.
