Chakib Nejjari

Nejjari is a prominent professional in the field of health and medical education, whose impressive career has left a significant mark in various institutions across Morocco and beyond. 

Nejjari who has held several positions of responsibility including the Director of the National School of Public Health in Rabat, the Vice-Presidency of the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, the Head of Department and University Hospital Departments as well as the Directorate of Research Laboratory. He is the author of numerous publications. 

Nejjari is a prominent professional in the field of health and medical education, whose impressive career has left a significant mark in various institutions across Morocco and beyond. 

in recognition of his expertise and contributions to public health, he was appointed as Director of the National School of Public Health within the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Morocco.

His achievements in the field of medical education continued with his role as President of Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, where he served for six years, from 2016 to 2022. During this time, he helped shape the future of medical education in Morocco, with a focus on academic excellence and research.

He also brought his expertise as Deputy Director to the Sheikh Khalifa Ibn Zaid Al Nahyan Foundation in Morocco, from 2021 to 2022.

Beyond his institutional roles, Nejjari has also contributed to global initiatives, as a member of the World Health Organization (WHO) Health Research Advisory Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean Region from 2015 to 2019.
