Deepak Batra

Deepak Batra is a Senior Principal with Public Health Practice at IQVIA for Africa, Middle East, and South Asia region. IQVIA works only in the area of healthcare with its primary goal being to advance healthcare forward globally and improving lives of the citizens across the globe. Deepak has experience of working over last decade with various governments/ministries and multilateral/bilateral agencies in these regions on issues relating to public health with a special focus on strategic planning, providing technical assistance, M&E and on ground implementation. Some of the key clients with whom he has worked closely ae WHO, World Bank, UNICEF, USAID and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He has led multiple projects globally and is passionate about areas such as primary care strengthening, universal health care and especially the role that technology and data can play in enabling these initiatives.
