Filippo Uberti

Filippo Uberti is the current Head of Health of Eni and the Secretary General of Eni Foundation.

He is a medical doctor specialized in infectious diseases at University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy) in 2003 with more than 15 years of experience in corporate activities with a staff of 500 people worldwide approx.

Due to its master’s degree obtained at ALTEMS University (Rome, Italy) in Management of Healthcare in 2021, he is qualified as Health Director in National Public System.

He designed the actual Health Management System of Eni that currently includes occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, healthcare and management of facilities, management of health emergencies (i.e., Sars, Ebola, Covid19), health crisis management, travel medicine, health promotion and community health both in Italy and abroad (65+ countries).

The company health department, led by Dr Uberti, also supports several partnerships and projects with national and international institutions to implement and to sustain the access to healthcare and the capacitybuilding.

As Secretary General of Eni Foundation, he promotes several activities worldwide related to the wellbeing of mother and child like infant and maternal mortality, vaccines, preventing HIV, surgery, and malnutrition.
