Hossam Abd-ElGaffar

Abd-ElGaffar holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from ( Cairo University – Egypt) and specialization in Otorhinolaryngology, He then obtained his Ph.D. in Otology and Balance Diseases from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University in 2000, and a professorship in 2011.

Prof . Abd-ElGaffar is since 2023 , ASSISTANT MINISTER FOR INSTUTIONAL REFORM – OFFICAL SPOKESPERSON (MoHP) He was the Director General of Fayoum University Hospitals until 2012.

Between 2014 and 2015 he was the media consultant and spokesperson for ministry of health and population, Between 2015 and 2016 he was the Director of Helwan University Hospitals , Between 2016 and 2019 he was the Assistant Senior Secretary for Universities Affairs from 2016 to 2019, Between 2019 to 2023 he was the Secretary to the Supreme for University Receptions.
