Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer has a background as a Physician, who practiced in the NHS across multiple specialties before moving to Dubai and joining the pharmaceutical industry.

She has been based in Dubai for the last 6yrs, with previous roles leading evidence generation projects and medical activities.

She joined AstraZeneca in July 2021 as part of the MEA area Corporate Affairs team, managing government affairs across the region, supporting vaccine supply and government relations for the V&I portfolio.

Jennifer now leads on government affairs and policy for the MEA region across all therapy areas, working with local teams on strategic health policy shaping initiatives including Cancer Care Africa and the Partnership for Health System Sustainability and Resilience (PHSSR).

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from The University of Birmingham in the UK.
