Loice Rono

Loice embodies the perfect blend of brilliance and tenacity, she embarked on a journey of excellence that has transformed the medical landscape.


Armed with a BSc. in Medical Laboratory Science from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Nairobi and Monitoring and evaluation in global health from University of Washington, Loice's academic foundation laid the path for her remarkable achievements.


During her time at Kenyatta University, Loice stood out as a dynamic force, leading the Kenyatta University Students' Association (KUSA) while also chairing the Kenyatta University Female Student in Science and Technology (KUFEST) initiative. Her leadership prowess was evident even then.


In 2008, Loice co-founded Lab link East Africa Co. Ltd., a visionary medical supplies company that has transcended borders.


What began in Kenya has now flourished into branches spanning Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, generating over 30 valuable job opportunities for aspiring youth.


With a robust arsenal of technical expertise and a unique blend of skills including strategic thinking, visionary leadership, and meticulous planning, Loice has been the driving force behind the company's impressive growth trajectory and increased turnover over the years.
