Mohamed Abou Nar

Mohamed Abou Nar brings over 25 years of experience in international development, quality management, project design, execution, and assessment.


He has a record in steering and administering international development programs. Dr. Abou Nar has pioneered and executed numerous quality and integrated management systems, not only in Egypt but across multiple countries.


His experience also extends to the management of large-scale international development projects, advocating integrated models and sectors.


In the realm of academic qualifications, Abou Nar holds a Doctorate degree in transformational leadership and systems strengthening, an MBA emphasizing project planning, scheduling, and cost control, an MSc in Total Quality Management, and a BSc in Civil Engineering.


Furthermore, he is recognized as a certified lead auditor and assessor of quality management systems by the European Foundation for Quality Management.


Presently, Dr. Abou Nar holds a pivotal role as the Senior Country Director for Egypt at Pathfinder International, Chief of Party for the USAID-funded OSRA Program, and Pathfinder Strategy Lead for the Middle East and North Africa.
