Read Sulik is the founder and CEO of Portages Health, a technology-powered collaborative mental health care company.  

He is a Triple Board Program trained child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and pediatrician.

For nearly 25 years, Sulik has passionately and tirelessly pursued the vision, design, and development of innovations to improve mental health and wellbeing and to improve access to care by integrating mental health services into primary and specialty healthcare.

He is the co-creator of Portages®, a technology-powered, measurement-driven, and evidenced-based whole-person program to overcoming depression, anxiety, and substance abuse and improve mental health and wellbeing.  

At Portages Health, he continues to forge new paths to bring better access and better care to individuals, organizations, and communities.

Dr. Sulik has held numerous senior leadership positions in healthcare and in state government.

He has received numerous professional awards. He is a passionate and compassionate clinician, teacher, and mentor, and is a very popular speaker, having given 100s of Keynotes, lectures, and workshops locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. 

He has traveled and consulted extensively striving to improve mental health care across the globe.
