Tarek Tawfik Amin, Professor of Public Health and Epidemiology, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. Previously, Head of Family and Community Medicine, Collage of Medicine, King Faisal University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Medical Educator for more than 25 years, Scholar, Researcher and Bio-statistician. Master degree in Pediatrics and Neonatology, Kasr Alainy School of Medicine, Cairo University.

Current position Deputy Minister of Health and Population for Population Affairs. 

More than 80 Internationally published articles, editor in two and reviewers for 30 others.
