Walaa Ibrahim El-Sharkawy

El-Sharkawy holds a Master degree in planning and development& International diploma on Geo-information for development- Sorbonne university –EPHE-Lyon1 university.

I have specialized in population and demographic sciences, preparing population estimates & projections, I have participated in Egypt population projections (2017-2052) & (2020-2070). 

In addition to preparing analytical studies in the field of population demography. 

I have participated in surveys such as Egyptian Family Health Survey, child labour...etc.

I have published many studies on determinants of female early marriage in Egypt, Determinants of violent disciplinary practices to control children's behavior in Egypt, Differences in standard of living according to family migration status.
